UFC 112: Invincible Official Results

Saturday’s “UFC 112: Invincible” card at Concert Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates has wrapped up and not without conterversy.

Anderson Silva retained his title but lost the respect of the fans, while lightweight Frankie Edgar shocked the world earning one of the biggest upsets in UFC history by defeating B.J. Penn.

Silva toyed with challenger Demian Maia for five uninspired rounds through boos and chants of “Maia” and “GSP” rained out, as the Spider was unable to finish, and the fans were left with yet another sour taste when it comes to the UFC middleweight champion.
