The Ultimate Fighter: Australia vs. England in the works for future season

A report made tonight suggests the UFC are considering a potential Australia vs. England season of “The Ultimate Fighter”, although so far there is little known about who the coaches could and would be.

A source close to the situation revealed the news to The Telegraph, with the chances of it happening at the back end of 2011 looking like the front runner.

An obvious choice for a role as coach would be season five graduate and lightweight contender, George Sotiropolous. Other than UK prospect Ross Pearson, who is currently out of contention, the UK are looking pretty short on the ground when it comes to contenders at 155 pounds. The other potential UK suggestions could be Paul Taylor, John Hathaway, James Wilks and Paul Kelly.

They could always go with Michael “The Count” Bisping vs. Elvis “The King of Rock n Rumble” Sinosic II but somehow I doubt it…
