It has been revealed today that the UFC will be heading back to The City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, PA on August 6th for a Pay-Per-View event, almost two years after their last visit.

UFC President, Dana White confirmed the news to MMAFighting.com, saying the event was in the works, that it would likely take place at Wells Fargo Center and be deemed: UFC 133.

Last time the promotion visited the city was for UFC 101, an event that saw Anderson Silva’s first round TKO win over Forrest Griffin and then UFC lightweight champion, BJ Penn submit Kenny Florian in the fourth round to retain his crown.
