Strikeforce: Henderson vs. Babalu II Official Injuries and Medical Suspensions

Eight fighters who took part in Saturday night’s Strikeforce event in St. Louis, Missouri, have been suspended for medical reasons, with three of those fighters coming from the main card of the evening and will see each other sit out for more than sixty days each.

MMAJunkie.com managed to get their hands on an advanced copy of the report from the Missouri Office of Athletics, which shows middleweight veteran, Matt Lindland pick up to longest suspension of 120 days, while Renato “Babalu” Sobral and Scott Smith share a 120 day suspension, both receiving 60 days a pair.

The full list of injuries and medical suspensions:

Renato “Babalu” Sobral – 60 days for precautionary reasons.
Scott Smith – 60 days for precautionary reasons.
Matt Lindland – 120 days. Must receive clearance from a neurologist following an MRI.
Mike Kyle – 30 days for precautionary reasons.
Max Martyniouk – 30 days for precautionary reasons.
Terrell Brown – 30 days for precautionary reasons.
Lee Brousseau – 30 days for precautionary reasons.
Coltin Cole – 30 days for precautionary reasons.
