SFC To Hold Its First Show In December

Singapore Fighting Championship is Singapore’s newest amateur MMA league. SFC being headed by Arvind “The Juggernaut” Lalwani, well known for being the owner and head coach for Singapore’s Juggernaut Fight Club.

Heres what was said on the matter:

“Why I set up this competition was to give an avenue for our budding fighters who are just starting their road to competition. Some want to have a good pro career or want to try and be pro fighters but how do you do that when you don’t have support at the amateur level. Hence starting this. My goal is to give those the opportunity who want to become the next Royston Wee or the next Syafiq Samad who both have good pro careers ahead of them,” said Lalwani on his new amateur promotion.

The SFC has released photos of their official championship belt and has confirmed that winners of the tournaments in each division will receive a cash prize as well. The inaugural title decider tournaments are only open to Singaporeans but foreigners will be able to compete in future shows. The event will be held at the Singapore Badminton Hall, an iconic site for sporting events in Singapore.
