Roy Nelson on Stand By to Rematch Junior dos Santos if Mark Hunt Doesn’t Make It

The Ultimate Fighter season ten winner, Roy Nelson is on standby to step in for Mark Hunt, who is facing Visa difficulties, at UFC 160 if the situation isn’t cleared up in the next few days.

News of the possible switch was revealed during last night’s UFC Tonight broadcast on FUEL TV. The Nevada State Athletic Commission are expected to discuss Nelson’s application at a hearing in Nevada on Friday.

That would mean Nelson would meet former champion, Junior dos Santos for a second time, with the Brazilian running away with a rather one sided decision the first time they met at UFC 117, with the judges scoring it 30-26, 30-27, 30-27.
