Roll The Dice With 10 Questions w/ Bellator Finalist, Eric Prindle

Eric Prindle is an American professional mixed martial arts fighter and former United States soldier. He currently fights for Bellator Fighting Championships and will remtach Thiago Santos this Friday, March 16th in the finals of the Bellator heavyweight tournament to determine who will face Bellator undefeated heavyweight champion, Cole Konrad later this year.

Eric made his professional MMA debut in 2008 with a submission loss, but has been undefeated since. Previously, Eric was a successful amateur boxer in several U.S. Armed Forces tournaments. After leaving military service, Eric devoted time to his children and wife, then decided it was time to jump back into the ring and start a brand new career in the MMA world.

Prindle originally faced Thiago Santos in the finals held at Bellator 59. The bout was ruled a No Contest after Santos kicked Prindle in the groin at 1:24 of the very first round and Prindle was unable to continue. How did you break into the world of MMA?
Eric Prindle: Break into MMA. Don’t remember but its in my blood now. Where were you born and raised?
Eric Prindle: Born PA. Raised in Pheonix, AZ and Hawaii! What team/gym are you currently training with?
Eric Prindle: The team is CSW and I train with some others WCF and Fight Ready Gym. Who has been your toughest opponent to date? And why?
Eric Prindle: My toughest opponent is the one I’m fighting next who ever it is. Who is your next opponent? And your thoughts on that fight?
Eric Prindle:My next opponent is Thiago Santos. He is a good tough opponent and its going to be a great fight. Who is your all time favorite MMA fighter?
Eric Prindle: My fav MMA fighter is Erik Paulson. What do you eat the day of a fight?
Eric Prindle:Day of fight I eat everything I can And that I’ve been starving for!!!!during the cut. What music do you listen to before getting pumped up for a fight?
Eric Prindle: Music before fight. Old Metallica , and punk, Nirvana stuff like that. If you could fight anyone in the world, who would it be? And why?
Eric Prindle: Who would I fight if I could! mmmmm, the Bellator or UFC heavyweight champion to see where I stand!!! and to see what I must work on the most. In your opinion, who is the P4P the best fighter in the world right now?
