Rich Franklin confirms broken ulna, will be in a cast for at least eight weeks

Former UFC middleweight champion, Rich Franklin has confirmed that he’s broken the ulna bone in his left forearm and will be in a cast for at least the next eight weeks after consulting a doctor in Las Vegas following a kick he received in the main event vs. Chuck Liddell.

Franklin, speaking via his Twitter page, said:

“I broke my ulna in my forearm. I find out today if i need surgery today. Either way I’m casted at least 8 weeks.”
