Reagan Penn, the younger brother of former two-division UFC champion, BJ Penn, will return under the ProElite banner in Moline, Illinois on November 5th. 2011. Penn will face fellow rookie Evan Cutts on the main card of the evening. The promotion made the announcement earlier today, placing the bout on the HDNet-televised part of the event.
Penn burst on to the MMA scene defeating Paul Gardiner at ProElite 1 in just 70-seconds with a rear-naked choke. That marked his first professional mixed martial arts fight, insisting that their could be another Hawaiian “Prodigy” to look out for in the welterweight division.
Cutts steps into the cage with a 2-0 professional record and has forced both of his opponents to tap out, as well as three of his four amateur opponents as well.
