Miguel Torres approached over coaching role on TUF 13, possibly vs. Urijah Faber

It has been revealed that former WEC bantamweight champion, Miguel Torres has been approached by the UFC to appear as a coach on the forthcoming season of “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show, with the opposing coach being former 145 pound champion, Urijah Faber.

A source close to the situation revealed the news to Fighters Only Magazine earlier on Friday, explaining the former 135 champion andformer 145 pound champion are definitly in the mix.

A number of candidates have already been ruled out by the UFC President, Dana White, dismissing prior rumors that middleweights Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva were set to coach.
