Jason Miller Live Tweets Face Off With Police Before Surrendering

Former UFC, Strikeforce and DREAM veteran, Jason “Mayhem” Millerwas involved in a situation at his home with the police tonight as he engaged in a stand-off with a fully armed S.W.A.T. team while live tweeting the entire incident.

Miller was holed up inside his home while deputies attempted arrest him, there was a warrent out for his arrest due to charges related to domestic violence and stalking. The situation escalated to the point that S.W.A.T. officers were called to the scene and crisis negotiators had to talk Miller out of his home.

Miller was tweeting via his official verified account throughout the incident, stating that the police response was not required for the situation. But his comments were scattered and didn’t really provide much clarity on how the situation escalated and why he did not surrender earlier.
