Forrest Griffin out Jason Brilz in vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira on May 29th

Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Forrest Griffin has been forced to withdraw from his UFC 114 showdown with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira due to a shoulder injury he received in practice.

Jason Brilz has agreed to take the fight and face Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC 114 in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 29th, 2010. Verbal agreements are in place and that bout agreements will soon follow.

Brilz has scored wins inside the octagon over Tim Boetsch, Brad Morris and Eric Schafer, as well as losing to Eliot Marshall at UFC 103 .

Nogueira made his UFC debut in November, knocking out Luiz Cane in the first round.
