Duane “Bang” Ludwig signs new four-fight contract with the UFC

Welterweight vet, Duane “Bang” Ludwig has put the pen to paper on a four-fight contract with the UFC after proving just last month that he’s far from done yet. The fighters manager, Sven Bean earlier today confirmed the new contract, with a financial increase also expected to have been made.

Ludwig had a tough first half of 2010, breaking his ankle in a fight against Darren Elkins back in March. After undergoing surgery and sitting out for months Ludwig returned to action at UFC 122 in November, defeating Nick Osipczak via split decision.

Ludwig, posting via his Facebook account, said:

“Its official, the UFC has signed me to another 4 fight deal! YES!”
