Donald Cerrone Found Not Guitly On Assault Charges

After a misdemeanor charge of assault back in 2013 for an alleged ‘boat rage’ incident, Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone went to court today where he was acquitted of all charges.

The media first found out about the charges in August 2013 after he was supposedly involved in an incident while boating in Colorado. According to the report filed, Cerrone apparently assaulted Jeffrey S. Aley on the lake in a fit of rage and he was charged with third degree assault at the time.

Cerrone was proved innocent in court. The UFC lightweight tweeted an update on his court case this week after appearing in Colorado for the hearing while confirming that he was found not guilty on all charges. Heres what he said:

“Its good to know you can believe in our judicial system. Trial by peers and verdict not guilty “
