Dana White hints a number of top fighters for coaches on TUF 13

UFC President, Dana White has thrown out a number of top fighters as possibilities for the coaches on the forthcoming thirteenth season of “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show, with a number of former world champions amongst the names dropped.

The Favourites seem to be middleweight’s Wanderlei Silva and Chael Sonnen. Sonnen’s suspension for taking banned substances was reduced to six months and he will be available from March onwards. Wanderlei has also done his bit in calling the Team Quest out on numerous occasions.

Former WEC champions, Urijah Faber and Miguel Torres are in the mix after making the switch to the octagon. Torres is set to make his UFC debut in February at UFC 126 but it is thought that if the promotion deems it necessary they will pull him from the bout and set up a potential bantamweight number one contenders bout.

Former UFC heavyweight champions and bitter rivals Brock Lesnar and Frank Mir could square off as coaches. Dana White did mention he was going to sort out not only the next TUF coaches on Monday but also talk to Lesnar’s manager about his future too.
