Dana White announces $65K Fight Night bonuses for WEC 48

WEC: Aldo vs. Faber is looking more and more like a UFC event than a WEC event.

The 22 fighters on tonight’s PPV card, will be competing to win an extra 65K or even more as Dana White announced a WEC-record set of $65,000 “Fight Night” bonuses.

Dana White, speaking at Friday’s fighter meetings, said:

“Get out there and let it all hang out. You feel like there’s no pressure, but you’re going to have pressure Saturday night. The place is going to be fucking rocking. You’re going to be on pay-per-view.

“I will give $65,000 to the two guys involved in the fight of the night, $65,000 for the best knockout of the night, and $65,000 for the best submission of the night. And yes, you can be involved in the fight of the night and pull of the best knockout or submission and win $130,000.”
