Chris Horodecki will not make UFC debut following defeat to Donald Cerrone

Talented Canadian lightweight, Chris Horodecki won’t be making the switch to the UFC roster following WEC 53 earlier this month, The news that he’s been cut by Zuffa came just a few days ago.

Horodecki, speaking via MMAJunkie.com, said:

“One door closes and another one opens. I’ll be back sooner than later. We’ll get a couple fights and do what we do.”

The former IFL star went 2-2 with the WEC, picking up wins over Danny Downes and Ed Ratcliff, while being defeated by Donald Cerrone and Anthony Njokuani.
