Cheick Kongo Joins Quinton “Rampage” Jackson At Bellator

Heavyweight knockout artist, Cheick Kongo has chosen not to sign a new contract with the UFC and but is instead going to follow his Wolfslair team mate, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson to up and coming MMA promoters Bellator. sources confirmed on Tuesday that Kongo, who just recently left the UFC, has come to terms for a contract with Bellator and will make his next cage appearance for the new promoters.

Kongo went 3-2 in his last five fights, gaining wins over Pat Barry, Matt Mitrione and Shawn Jordan but he fell short against Mark Hunt and Roy Nelson. His octagon career spanned eighteen fights with his career record standing at 18-8-2 overall.
