Bobby Lashley was removed from Dynamite!! 2010 vs. Alistair Overeem after demanding six-figure’s

It was confirmed that former WWE Superstar, Bobby Lashley was removed from the main event spot at Dynamite!! 2010 vs. Alistair Overeem on New Year’s Eve after he demanded a six-figure payday from the promotion.

A source close to the situation revealed the news to Jon Luther earlier today, something that paved the way for UFC record holder, Todd Duffee to replace him against the Strikeforce heavyweight champ. Duffee has reportedly agreed to a $60,000 purse with an undisclosed win bonus, although FEG/DREAM are yet to officially announce the fight which is only a week away now.

Duffee hasn’t been in action since he was cut from the UFC earlier this year due to his “bad attitude”, something that can’t be said for the heavy hitting Dutchman who recently made history by becoming the first MMA champion to win the K-1 championship and hold both titles simultaneously. Duffee is also scheduled on January 29th under the Titan Fighting Championship banner vs. TUF cast member, Abe Wagner.
