Fight Night Belfast: Official Weigh-in

The early weigh-ins, which preceded the day’s ceremonial affair, took place in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The UFC Fight Night 99 ceremonial weigh-ins take place at 1 p.m. ET at SSE Arena Belfast, the same venue that hosts Saturday’s UFC Fight Pass-streamed event.

Among those weighing in were headliners Uriah Hall (12-7 MMA, 5-5 UFC) and Gegard Mousasi (40-6-2 MMA, 7-3 UFC), who were both on point for their middleweight rematch.

UFC officials recently adopted the early weigh-ins to allow fighters more time to rehydrate before the event.

The most notable event at the official weigh-ins was the cancellation of the Ian McCall (13-5-1 MMA, 2-3-1 UFC) vs. Neil Seery (16-12 MMA, 3-3 UFC) flyweight bout. McCall fell ill prior to hitting the scale and was deemed unfit to compete, marking his fourth scrapped contest in the past four months.
