Dillon Danis, a jiu-jitsu black belt under the highly regarded Marcelo Garcia, was apparently brought in by Conor McGregor to help him work on his ground game ahead of his August rematch against Diaz, the first man to ever beat him inside the Octagon. Danis told FloGrappling.com the following about working with McGregor for his rematch with Diaz:

“We’ve been in contact for a while and the time was just right. He’s one of my idols and you don’t pass up opportunities like this. He has one of the greatest minds and skill sets ever in the sport.”
