Henry Cejudo Signs With The UFC, Fighting At UFC 177

When Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo was unable to compete in the headliner of next month’s Legacy FC 34 event, people started to speculate his future in MMA.

But it didn’t matter it seems because Cejudo is now officially signed with the UFC and is set to face Scott Jorgensen next month at UFC 177. UFC officials announced the face off late Friday.

UFC 177 takes place Aug. 30 at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, Calif. The event’s main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.
