Daniel Cormier To Face New Comer Patrick Cummins At UFC 170

A light heavyweight face off pinning Daniel Cormier against new comer Patrick Cummins was revealed today as the new co-main event for UFC 170 on February 22nd in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC president Dana White confirmed the news via sources. At this timeit is thought verbal agreements are in place on both sides. Cummings is replacing Rashad Evans since he cannot fight due to an injury.

Cormier is undefeated in his professional mixed martial arts career, winning thirteen fights straight in the heavyweight division. Cummins is considered one of the brightest light-heavyweight prospects in MMA. The former Penn State University two-time All-American and national champion runner-up has finished all of his opponents in the first round.
