UFC on FOX 9 – Anthony Pettis Is Out From Knee Injury Fight Against Josh Thomson PostPoned

It was announced this morning that UFC lightweight champion, Anthony Pettis will actually have to post pone his UFC on FOX 9 fight against Josh Thomsonn supposed to be on December 14th in Sacramento, California, due to a knee injury he sustained during training, the fight will be rescheduled for a later date.

Josh Thomson1UFC on FOX 9 will now be headlined by the rematch between UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson and Joseph Benavidez, according to FoxSports.com.

Pettis is now on a four fight winning streak inside the octagon including two “Knockout of the Night” awards and one “Submission of the Night” awards. The big question is who will be next for the man dubbed “Showtime”, especially considering he stepped in for T.J. Grant at UFC 164 in the first place
