Ricardo Lamas Won’t Fight At UFC 162, Mark Munoz vs. Tim Boetsch Moved To Main Card

UFC featherweight contender, Ricardo Lamas has been pulled from the UFC 162 event set for July 6th in Las Vegas, Nevada after the promotion couldn’t find a replacement for title shot bound Chan Sung Jung. On top of that the middleweight bout between Mark Munoz and Tim Boetsch will now be promoted to the main card of the evening.

“Report on @ufctonight: Lamas is officially off UFC 162, per UFC. He’ll be paid his show money and is hoping to fight the winner of TKZ/Aldo.”
