Bellator Has Sold Less Then 2,000 Tickets For First PPV Event

As Bellator continues promoting and preparing for its first Pay-Per-View event next month, the organization may have hit a major bump in the road: generating attendance.

The card will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, CA – a venue that seats over 13,000. It has been reported by sources that Bellator is nowhere near hitting that mark.

Morgan tweeted this last Friday evening:

“Bellator’s PPV event has sold approximately 1,700 tickets so far, with another 2,000 on consignment.”

Bellator has not officially released any numbers, nor has the organization confirmed or denied the reports. If Morgan’s report is correct, Bellator’s attendance on November 2 will be less than 30% capacity.
