UFC 185 Pound Contender, Chris Weidman Loses His Home to Hurricane Sandy

UFC middleweight contender, Chris Weidman has unfortunately lost his home to Hurricane Sandy, a devastating storm that hit the US east-coast over the past twenty-four hours, something that could slow his preparations heading into his next fight inside the octagon.

Ryan Bader, speaking via his Twitter account, said:

“Thoughts go out to @ChrisWeidmanUFC & his family. Lost his home in the storm on the east coast. Please show him your support.”

Weidman is coming off ultra-impressive wins over highly ranked, Mark Munoz and former title contender, Demian Maia. He is currently undefeated at 9-0 in his professional career. He is set to face Tim Boetsch at UFC 155 in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 29th, 2012.
