Brian Stann Forced Out of UFC on FOX 4, Hector Lombard Awaits Replacement

Middleweight soldier, Brian Stann has been forced out of his UFC on FOX 4 main event bout with former Bellator middlweight champ, Hector Lombard in Los Angeles, California on August 4th due to a shoulder injury .

According to sources close to the fight, Stann will not require surgery for the injured shoulder, but will be sidelined for approximately six-to-eight weeks.

There is no word on an opponent for the middleweight knockout artist, it maybe especially hard to find a suitable ranked fighter as the UFC just moved Rich Franklin to UFC 147 to face Wanderlei Silva.
