Uh Oh! UFC Middleweights, Chael Sonnen has completed his six month suspension

UFC middleweight contender, Chael Sonnen has today completed his six months suspension after being tested positive for banned substances following his UFC 117 main event bout with current 185 pound king-pin, Anderson Silva.

California State Athletic Commission Executive Director, George Dodd, speaking with MMAFighting.com, said:

“If Mr. Sonnen wants to be licensed here in California, he will have to appear before the commission to regain his license. Every other state will have to make a determination on their process for licensing Mr. Sonnen.”

Sonnen has most recently expressed an interest in fighting UK stand-out, Michael Bisping in his first fight back.
