Sam Stout Withdraws from UFC 137 Bout with Dennis Siver, “Cowboy” Steps In

Canadian lightweight, Sam Stout has pulled out of his UFC 137 bout with Dennis Siver in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 29th, no reason was given for the withdrawal as of yet. Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone has stepped in and will face Dennis Siver in Vegas.

This will be 2 out of his last 3 fights that Cerrone has stepped in for another fighter when the injuries changed the game. The news was confirmed by a source close to the situation but further details were not forthcoming.

The London, Ontario, Canada native suffered a devastating blow in his personal life earlier this month when his brother-in-law and long-time trainer, Shawn Tompkins sadly passed away. His withdrawal could very likely have something to do with that.
