Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Ryan Bader at UFC 144 in Saitama, Japan

Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is going to get his wish to compete in Japan after all and will face “Ultimate Fighter” season eight winner, Ryan Bader in the co-main event of the evening at UFC 144 in Saitama, Japan on February 25th, 2012.

On March 24th, 2010, Jackson signed a new six fight contract with the UFC. He went on to win a controversial split decision over former champ, Lyoto Machida and a dominant unanimous decision win over Matt Hamill earning “Rampage” his second title shot. Jackson lost that fight via submission in the fourth round to Jon Jones via rear-naked choke at UFC 135.

Bader just bounced back from back-to-back losses to Jon Jones and Tito Ortiz, picking up a first round TKO win over Jason Brilz at UFC 139 this past weekend in San Jose, California.
