Norwegian submission machine, Jon Olav Einemo signs multi-fight deal with UFC

Top rated Norwegian submission machine, Jon Olav Einemo has signed on a multi-fight deal with the UFC this week, making him a very interesting addition to the promotions heavyweight.

The UFC themselves confirmed the news in the past couple of hours, although there were no details on the terms of the contract released.

Einemo won his first five professional MMA fights before losing to Fabricio Werdum back at PRIDE 31 in 2006. He rebounded with a win over James Thompson before leaving the MMA world for four years. He returned last June to defeat Kresimir Bogdanovic in Bosnia. He is also the only fighter to defeat multiple-time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu champion Roger Gracie at the Abu Dhabi tournament.
