Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal vs. Roger Gracie Rebooked for September 10th

The light heavyweight bout between former Strikeforce champion, Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu master, Roger Gracie has been rebooked for the September 10th show. A fight that was expected to go down on July 30th but Lawal pulled out due to injury.

Lawal hasn’t been seen since losing his Strikeforce light heavyweight title against Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante at in August of last year. Cavalcante beat him on the feet and defended well against the takedown en route to taking the 205-pound title from the man dubbed “King Mo”.

Gracie is undefeated at 4-0 overall and recently picked up and impressive submission win over veteran, Trevor Prangley on the promotions January show. He also holds a win over former UFC heavyweight champion, Kevin Randleman.
