Mike Kyle breaks hand again, pulls out of Gegard Mousasi fight on April 9th

Mike Kyle has once again broken his hand and is forced to withdraw from his April 9th Strikeforce fight with Dream light heavyweight champion, Gegard Mousasi.

The pair was scheduled to meet on the main card of Strikeforce “Diaz vs. Daley” at the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California. The promotion will now seek a replacement for Kyle, who most recently dropped Antonio Silva with an overhand right early in the first round at “Henderson vs. Babalu 2” in December, dropping his opponent but breaking his right hand in the process.

The April 9th show will air on Showtime at 11 p.m. ET/PT and feature two title fights as welterweight champion, Nick Diaz defends his title against hard hitting Brit, Paul “Semtex” Daley while 155 pound champion, Gilbert Melendez faces off against Tatsuya Kawajiri.
