Kenny Florian return’s around May, calls out Anthony “Showtime” Pettis

Former two-time UFC lightweight title contender, Kenny Florian is looking for a May return, but that’s not the only thing “KenFlo” wants, apparently he called for the UFC to hand him WEC 155 pound champion, Anthony Pettis for his first fight back inside the octagon following injury, a fight that fits perfectly into what was indicated by Pettis earlier today, making this fight a real possibility for either the UFC 130 card in Las Vegas on May 28th or two weeks later when the promotion visits Vancouver for UFC 131.

Florian’s manager, Malki Kawa, speaking via Twitter, said:

“So I just spoke to @kennyflorian. Looks like he can return in or around May… I asked him who wants to fight…. Answer: @showtimepettis!”
