Fedor Emelianenko brings in the camp of legendary K-1 kickboxer, Ernesto Hoost to prepare for “Big Foot”

Formerly ranked number one heavyweight in the world, Fedor Emelianenko has drafted the camp of legendary K-1 kickboxer, Ernesto Hoost as he prepares for his February 12th grand prix quarter final fight with former EliteXC heavyweight champion, Antonio “Big Foot” Silva.

Fedor’s manager, Vadim Finkelstein, speaking via Mixfight.ru, said:

“In a couple of days Gegard Mousasi and well-known coaches from the camp of the legendary Ernesto Hoost will arrive in Russia. They will meet with Fedor and join his training process. This is primarily intended to help diversify the preparatory process for Fedor. For a long time he worked with the same coaches and sparring partners. Now he will learn new skills which will open up new prospects for training.”

“It will allow him to take the best from the representatives of other styles and make new and useful items in his personal technique. Also on the team with which to prepare Fedor will be a fighter weighing 122 kg, the same weight as that of Antonio Silva.”
