Dong Hyun Kim signs a new four-fight contract with the UFC

UFC welterweight grappling machine, Dong Hyun Kim has signed a new four-fight contract extension with the Las Vegas based promotion, something that’s likely to keep him inside the octagon well into 2012 and maybe beyond.

A source close to the situation revealed the news to The Korea Times earlier this week.

Kim is undefeated at 14-0-1 in his MMA career and since coming to the UFC holds notable wins over the likes of Jason Tan, Matt Brown, TJ Grant, Amir Sadollah and most recently Nate Diaz at UFC 125 on January 1st. He’s likely to return to action inside the octagon over the summer months.
