Diego Sanchez Breaks Hand, Out of UFC 135, Josh Koscheck vs. Matt Hughes?

Diego Sanchez has been forced to withdraw from his co-headlining matchup with Matt Hughes at UFC 135 from the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado on September 24th, 2011. It now appears that Josh Koscheck will step in to face the UFC Hall of Famer.

UFC president Dana White, speaking via his Twitter account, said:

“Diego Sanchez broke his hand, Looking for a replacement for Hughes.”

“UFC 135: Jones vs. Rampage” takes place inside the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. A light heavyweight title tilt between champ Jon Jones and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson will headline the pay-per-view broadcast.

Kos, posting via his Twitter account, said:

“:) Got a fight in 21 days b*tches. … Oh ya 19 days then or something like that!!!! Either way it looks like I am in to fight Matt Hughes if he takes it????”
