Dana White says he would definitely explore an overtime round in the future

UFC President, Dana White explains his hatred for draws in the sport of mixed martial arts, adding an overtime round is definitely something he’d like to explore in the future.

White, speaking on “The Aftermath”, said:

“I hate draws. I think it’s such a waste of everybody’s time and energy. (An overtime round is) something that I would definitely explore.”

Main event fights between UFC lightweight champion, Frankie Edgar and number one contender, Gray Maynard, and the title contention fight between welterweights, BJ Penn and Jon Fitch could have defeinitely benefited from an overtime round.
