Despite best efforts, Carlos Condit forcedout of UFC 127 fight with Chris Lytle

It appears a knee injury has forced former WEC welterweight champion, Carlos Condit to pull out of his UFC 127 bout with Chris Lytle later this month despite taking a few days to allow the injury to settle before making a final decision.

Sources close to the fighter revealed the news earlier today, adding “The Natural Born Killer” will be unable to compete for at least month.

It is unknown whether the UFC will be able to find a replacement on two and a half weeks notice, especially when you consider that this is an international event.
