Due to injuries, Karalexis has been sidelined for more than a year now. Although dropping two fights in the WEC to Ed Ratcliff and Bart Palaszewski, his last appearence ended in a TKO win for Karalexis defeating Greg McIntyre in the first round via TKO (Punches).
