UFC Primetime: Rampage vs. Evans highest rated “Countdown” show ever; 1.2 million viewers

Wednesday night’s debut episode of UFC Primetime: Rampage vs. Evans broke all Countdown/Primetime show records drawing 1.2 million viewers during its initial run at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

The show previews the UFC 114 main event between former UFC light heavyweight champions Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Rashad Evans, as they prepare for their much anticipated fight at UFC 114 in Las Vegas, NV on May 29th, 2010.

UFC Primetime: St-Pierre vs. Hardy was the previous record-holder with an average of 1 million viewers.

Wednesday’s episode was the first of a planned three-part series. The next two installments will air in the same Wednesday timeslot on May 19th and May 26th.
