Nevada State Athletic Commission report all drug tests for WEC 50 negative

WEC 50 took place at The Pearl at The Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada last week has gotten the green light after all drug tests returned negative.

All eleven fighters were tested for banned substances including any performance enhancers, as well as the use of drugs such as marijuana and cocaine. The results of the drug tests where confirmed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Keith Kizer.

The participating fighters that where testing from the event were, main event competitors Joseph Benavidez and Dominick Cruz as well as Anthony Pettis, Chad Mendes, Ricardo Lamas, Bart Palaszewski, Maciej Jewtuszko, Javier Vazquez, Fredson Paixao, Danny Castillo and Scott Jorgensen.
