Michael Bisping vs. Vitor Belfort gains spead for UFC 120 in London, England

TUF 3 Winner, Michael Bisping and former UFC light heavyweight champion, Vitor Belfort have become a reality to headline UFC 120 in London, England on October 16th following the result of the Leben/Akiyama fight this past weekend.

The promotion had favoured a fight between Michael Bisping and Yoshihiro Akiyama, but those plans look to be out the window after Chris Leben upset the Japanese star at UFC 116 Saturday night. A source close to the situation revealed today that the UFC are now in favour of a match up between Bisping and Vitor Belfort.

Belfort hasn’t been seen since knocking out former champion, Rich Franklin in September. While, Bisping was last seen in action in May when he defeated Dan Miller via unanimous decision at UFC 114.
