Josh Barnett apologises for low blow at DREAM, just wants to fight

Former UFC heavyweight champion, Josh Barnett has publically apologised for the low blow to “Mighty Mo” Siliga at DREAM 13 and explains his goal is to stay active in the sport.

Barnett, speaking to MMAWeekly.com, said:

“I felt really bad. I’ve never really railed anybody in the genitals like that before. I don’t know how bad it was, he says it was bad. I believe him, he’s a good dude, and I feel bad for him. I gave him a free shot, he deserved it.”

“I’ll give Mo a rematch, I don’t care, it’s fine. We’ll be rematching day in and day out in the gym, and that’s fine. He deserves it, I think so.”

On who is up next for “Babyface”, Barnett said:

“I’ve heard (Tim) Sylvia turned it down. I’m not sure about (Andrei) Arlovski. I don’t really care. Whatever. As long as I get a fight, I don’t care who declines, complains, takes a giant crap and calls his manager. Who cares about them? I only care about me in terms of that.”
