Heavyweight prospect, Todd Duffee cut from the UFC roster

In a more than strange move, the UFC have released heavyweight prospect, Todd Duffee from the promotions roster for reasons yet to be confirmed.

Duffee’s manager, Alex Davis confirmed the report earlier today after several sources had leaked the news. Davis refused to comment and further on the matter and Duffee was unavailable for comment.

After scoring officially the fastest knockout in UFC history over Tim Hague (seven seconds), Duffee went on to dominate Mike Russow for twelve minutes before falling victim to a sledgehammer of a right hand. He was set to return to the octagon next month against Jon Madsen but a lingering knee injury forced him to withdraw.
