Gerald Harris surprisingly cut from the UFC after UFC 123 performance

The UFC have surprisingly cut middleweight prospect, Gerald Harris from the roster following a below-par performance this past weekend at UFC 123 event in Detroit, Michigan, where he lost to promotional newcomer, Maiquel Falcao via decision.

Even though Harris didn’t exactly push the action against the very dangerous Brazilian, you would think that three TKO wins to open his UFC career, including two “Knockout of the Night” awards would count for something, not to mention his 17-3 record with 15 of those wins coming inside the distance.

During his run with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Harris defeated the likes of John Salter, Mario Miranda, and Dave Branch all by knock out as mentioned before.
