Forrest Griffin awarded his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt by Robert Drysdale

Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Forrest Griffin reached another milestone in his career as a mixed martial artist this week after he was awarded his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt by Robert Drysdale in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Season one winner of “The Ultimate Fighter”, has always had an “underrated ground game” and after picking up this acheivement it appears they were right.

The Xtreme Couture trained fighter will next see action at UFC 126 in Las Vegas on February 5th when he faces former middleweight champion, Rich Franklin on the main card.
