For the first time ever, UFC offered in three languages

Saturday’s UFC 111: St-Pierre vs. Hardy PPV will be available in French. Already with English and Spanish broadcasts, Ultimate Fighting Championship officials have announed that this weekend’s event will now be available in three languages for the first time in history of the promotion.

Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan will handle the English broadcast. Troy Santiago, Victor Dávila and host Rafael Sigler handle the Spanish broadcast. And finally, Jean-Paul Chartrand and French-Canadian UFC fighter Patrick Cote handle the french broadcast.

Each broadcast features pre-produced segments, graphics, play-by-play and on-camera commentary.

Indigo and Shaw Cable will carry the French UFC 111 broadcast, UFC 113 in May will also have be the same story. No change to the English and Spanish broadcasts, they’ll be available through the normal broadcast outlets.

UFC 111: St-Pierre vs Hardy takes place on March 27, 2010 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Spike TV will be be broadcasting two live preliminary bouts one hour before the PPV broadcast begins, Nate Diaz vs. Rory Markham and Ricardo Almeida vs. Matt Brown. The PPV main card includes UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre defending his title aginst British fighter, Dan Hardy and an interim-heavyweight title fight between Shane Carwin and Frank Mir.

Carwin vs. Frank Mir (for interim heavyweight title)
Jon Fitch vs. Ben Saunders
Mark Bocek vs. Jim Miller
Fabricio Camoes vs. Kurt Pellegrino

Nate Diaz vs. Rory Markham

Un-Aried Preliminary Card:
Jared Hamman vs. Rodney Wallace
