Emelianenko vs. Werdum II mid-2011 after M-1 Global seeks tune-up fight

Former PRIDE heavyweight champion and former “pound-4-pound” king, Fedor Emelianenko will seek a tune-up fight before taking on his so called first and only loss, Fabricio Werdum for a rematch likely during the summer months.

M-1 Global Co-owner and President, Vadim Finkelchtein, speaking via LowKick.com, said:

“We are also looking for one fight before we’d like the rematch with Werdum. However, the rematch is extremely important for us; Fedor should have a chance to avenge his loss.”
